These are all the early recordings from the Shed Studios, Harare, laid down between 1982-1986. 29 tracks including 6 previously unreleased outside Zimbabwe. Created amidst the extraordinary cultural explosion that followed the country's independence in 1980, this is dazzling guitar based dance music that blazed a trail for what later became known as "world music".
